Spencer Lennox is proud sponsor of the Dublin Pride Run 2024

As part of Dublin Pride, we are delighted to sponsor the Dublin Pride Run 2024 which takes place in the Phoenix Park in Dublin on Friday 21^st June 2024 at 19.30. The event champions inclusivity, identity, and self-expression in an open and friendly, safe space. It is a great race for seasoned runners and joggers, as well as anyone looking to walk, jog or run their first 5K. Now in its twelfth year, this year’s event will raise funds for the important work of two LGBTQ+ charities;  

• LGBT Ireland which provides support, training, and advocacy which aims to improve the lives of LGBT+ people across Ireland.
  
• ShoutOut which promotes inclusion through education by delivering LGBTQ+ Educational Programmes in schools, workplaces and service providers.
  

Commenting on the announcement Bryan Durkan, founder of Spencer Lennox, said “We are delighted to sponsor the Dublin Pride Run again in 2024. The run will raise funds for the vital work of two LGBTQ+ charities, LGBT Ireland and ShoutOut. Organised by Dublin Front Runners A.C., Dublin's LGBTQ+ athletics club, the 5K run is the first major event of the Dublin Pride calendar and is the largest LGBTQ+ sporting event in Ireland. I look forward to joining runners, joggers, and walkers at the biggest ever Dublin Pride Run in the Phoenix Park on Friday 21^st June 2024 at 19.30.” 

Registration is now open and early booking is recommended for this popular event. For those who have not run a 5K distance before, the Dublin Front Runners A.C. free Couch to Pride 5K training programme kicks off on Saturday 27^th April. The training will take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. It is a great way to prepare for the Dublin Pride Run, and to enjoy the camaraderie of fellow participants.
